Flush Bolt commonly used to anchor or secure the inactive side of a pair of double doors.

Flush Bolt Function - extending into the frame head and into a floor strike, it is used to secure the inactive leaf of a pair of doors. A lockset that latches into a strike positioned on the edge of the inactive leaf is often present on the active leaf in this application.
