Raven RP122 Astragal Twin Section Meeting Stile Seal
A122C3000
Meeting Stile are seals for frameless glass sliding doors.
Meeting Stile Function - are applied to a pair of double doors to create a seal over the gap where the doors meet. Properly sealing a set of doors prevents infiltration of sound, light, drafts, thus creating an insulated environment. It can also be applied to contain fire and smoke in emergency situations.

- An effective fire, smoke and acoustic seal designed for double action fire doors
- With concealed fixings, the RP122 is a twin section aluminium bullnose meeting stile seal (astragal) seal with an intumescent infill and PVC fin smoke seal
Specifications
- Location: Meeting stiles of pairs of 47mm nominal thickness double action fire doors.
- Size: 3000mm
- Fixing: Screw Fixed (Concealed screw fix. Zinc plated, cross recess head CSK S.T. screws supplied. Self-adhesive intumescent infill)
- Minimum and Maximum Gap: 14mm to 16mm (Gap is determined prior to installation)
- Replacement Seals: RP3122Si
- Material: Aluminium (Anodised aluminium with rigid PVC holder and intumescent infill, and silicon rubber (SE) medium temperature smoke seal fins)
- Door/Frame Construction: Timber
- Door Type: Double Inward Opening, Double Outward Opening, Pivot
- Finish: Clear Anodised
Note: Architectural perimeter seal and door bottom extrusions are anodised 15μm and threshold plates are anodised 25μm for maximum durability. Black aluminium is anodised 25μm to 40μm.
